Son of Senator Isiaka Adeleke Says His Father Was Killed Over His Guber Ambition

One of the children of the first civilian Governor of Osun State, Senator Isiaka Adeleke, Tunji, has alleged that his father, who was preparing to contest in the 2018 governorship election in the state was killed.

Although he did not state how he was killed but he said Adeleke, senator representing Osun-West at the Senate until his death was killed by some forces because he stood a good chance of emerging the governor of the state again.

Tunji, who said this in a snapchat on Tuesday, said that some persons, who he did not name, eliminated his dad because they considered him a big threat to their ambition.

He said it was curious that his father, who was hale and hearty on Saturday preceding his sudden death and was awake till around 2am on Sunday morning, could die a few hours later without showing any sign of sickness.

Tunji believed that his dad was killed by those who were jealous of his influence and money which he said they wanted by all means.

His claim was not different from the position of many of Adeleke’s supporters, who said that their benefactor was poisoned at one of the social functions he attended within the state on Saturday.

3 Years Old Boy Died After Car Window Closes On His Neck

A 3-year-old Nebraska boy has died after a car's window closed on his neck. Everton Isay Romero was pronounced dead at an Omaha hospital on Friday, nearly a week after he became stuck in a rear window of a vehicle.

The child's mother had lowered the window while the car was parked outside a store but it is unclear how it was activated. Authorities said they were not able to determine how long the child was trapped by the window. The child never regained consciousness after the incident. Colfax County Attorney, Denise Kracl, confirmed the incident to the Associated Press.

"There was no autopsy performed because there was no evidence of a crime. No one has been charged in connection with the boy's death and his mother acted appropriately the entire time," Kracl said.

Actor Chris Attoh and His Wife, Damilola Adegbite Speaks On 'Marital Crisis'

Actor Chris Attoh is unfazed about media reports that his marriage to actress Damilola Adegbite has hit the rocks. He said he was not perturbed about the reports because his home is intact.

Just last month, there were reports that Damilola had walked out of the marriage.

The divorce reports gained currency after Chris posted several photos of his wife on social media, wishing her a happy second wedding anniversary on February 14, but Damilola failed to respond or do same.

But putting to rest the numerous reports, Chris, in an interview with KMJ on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM said his wife “is wonderful,” and “she is currently in London. She just launched her Alpha Woman project,” which helps to empower women.

Asked about the divorce reports, the actor noted that, “I don’t hear them, I don’t read them. I’m too focused, I can’t be too bothered with all these... what is important is in front of me.”

While many felt Damilola’s failure to comment on his wedding anniversary post on Instagram meant the marriage had hit the rocks, Chris noted, he got a perfect response from his wife.

I got my response. The response doesn’t have to be on Instagram. I remember speaking to her that evening...” because I was in South Africa then, he stated.

He observed that their busy schedules do keep them apart but that hasn’t affected their marriage.

6bii)

7a) Economic development can be defined as efforts that seek to improve the economic well-being and quality of life for a community

7b) -dependency on agricultural sector
-illiteracy
-production for self-consumption

7c)
-Currency Strength
The value of the U.S. dollar compared to other foreign currencies such as the yuan, yen and the pound is important even for companies that do not import or export goods. Consumers have a choice to purchase goods or services originating in the United States or in other countries. If the U.S. dollar strengthens, companies in the industry that purchase inputs from other countries are able to be more competitive in pricing. In industries that are heavily reliant on foreign raw materials and processing, such as the clothing industry, the entire sector can be lifted or depressed with a strengthening or weakening of the dollar.

-Government Intervention
Many industries are regulated by the government in one form or another. Government agencies such as the --Environmental Protection Agency, the Food & Drug Administration or the U.S. Department of Agriculture maintain standards that all operators in an industry must follow for the safety of consumers, employees, or natural resources. Some industries are more heavily regulated than others and new laws and rules can shake up an entire industry and depress growth. For example, new child toy safety laws implemented under the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act in 2009 threatened to wipe out many small toy producers as the requirements to test and certify the toys were cost-prohibitive to all but large toy manufacturers. Proposed changes to the Act may help alleviate the burden on small manufacturers and resellers.

-Environmental Impact
Economic growth in an industry can be impacted not only by the environmental effect the products or services have but also by consumers' perceptions of that impact. For example, the market for fur apparel declined drastically over the course of a few years in the 1990s when consumers perceived that raising and killing small animals for their fur was both inhumane and a poor use of land. Although the industry is once again picking up with international demand, the number of fur farmers in the country has substantially declined. If the public views an industry's products or services as being harmful or unsafe, most companies within the sector can experience a marked decline in sales quickly.

-Overall Economic Health
The economic state of the country
confidence can also spur growth and development or harm it. In recessionary times, consumers begin limiting their purchases to the essentials, foregoing luxury or big-ticket items. Companies also scale back production, hiring and the development of new products and services to ensure that their finances can weather the storm. In periods of overall economic growth, these companies once again expand.

8ai)- Increased exports.
-Make use of surplus raw materials.

8aii) -Restrictions on immigration
- cross-border investment are abolished.

8b) A common market, or single market, have advantages including consumers have more choice and lower prices.

Disadvantages of the common market include that monopolies may be formed.
