Tech: Nubia Announces The Lauch of It's Z17 Mini at Rs 19,999

Nubia today announced the launch of its mid-range flagship, the Nubia Z17 Mini which will feature on amazon on June 12 with registrations opening today on the company’s website. The phone will be priced at Rs 19,999.

The ZTE-owned company created a splash in the Indian market last year with the release of the Z11 Mini, which sported one of the best cameras in the segment. Nubia looks to continue the trend offering dual 13 MP rear cameras, this time around using Sony’s IMX 258 sensor along with Sony’s full-light Mono sensor to allow greater depth in photographs. It also has a 80 degree wide-angle 16MP front camera.

The Z17 Mini’s camera offers 16 different modes other than pro and normal modes along with a mono, 3D and times shuttle mode. The selfie camera also comes with as many as 90 different beauty modes. The dual camera set-up will also put the phone in direct competition with the Honor 6x and the
Eric Hu, the head of Nubia India, said unveiling the phone, “We are committed to drive and deliver changes in mobile photography across the globe and in India, with Nubia Z17 Mini we are raising the bar high for a mobile phone camera and are confident that users across India will accept and appreciate the device.”

With a clear emphasis on the camera, the phone also scores well in terms of performance, at least on paper, with a Qualcomm snapdragon 652 processor with 4 GB RAM and a 64 GB of storage. The storage is also expandable upto 200 GB via MicroSD capabilities.

The phone sports a 5.2 inch full HD screen with a 424 ppi, making it plenty sharp for its size. The phone also comes with a 2950 mAh battery capacity and a rear fingerprint scanner. The Z17 Mini will run the company’s custom Nubia UI 4.0 based on Android marshmallow.

Sport: Who Is Romelu Lukaku Following?, Everton, Chelsea or Man United?

Everton striker Romelu Lukaku is a man in demand.

Chelsea and Manchester United are said to be keen on the big Belgian, who has told Everton he is eager to move in search of Champions League football.

Lukaku, 24, claims he knows where he is playing next season but where is best for him? ESPN FC's club bloggers from Everton, Chelsea and Manchester United have their say on the £100 million-rated striker's future.

EVERTON
Lukaku and international breaks seem to coincide with the striker discussing a future away from Goodison Park. His ability in front of goal matches his knack for needless musings on his future. That said, Everton would undoubtedly be in a much stronger position if Lukaku remains beyond this summer. The media circus attached to the player is a minor inconvenience when weighed against his influence on the pitch.

Manager Ronald Koeman could potentially do a lot with a reported asking price of £100m but a sizeable budget is no guarantee for replacing the productivity of a player directly contributing 50 percent of Everton's 62 league goals last season (25 goals, six assists). A staggering 20 goals separated Lukaku and nearest teammate Ross Barkley (five).

In Lukaku, Everton possess a proven and reliable scorer, one that has improved under Koeman and will continue to do so.

His record shows 87 goals in 166 matches (155 starts), putting him level with Alex Young and above Alan Ball and Tommy Lawton on goals scored in royal blue. Only 15 players in Everton history have scored more goals for the club. It may be wishful thinking to expect this ambitious 24-year-old to play a fifth successive season without Champions League football, but the two years left on his contract and his indisputable importance to the team are why Everton should do everything to coax at least one more season from Lukaku. -- Luke O'Farrell

CHELSEA
If Diego Costa does depart, Lukaku would be an excellent replacement. Although not an exact replica of the Spain international, his ability to lead the line, decent turn of foot and the use of his physicality to dominate defenders would suit Chelsea's style of play. Lukaku's work rate has often been criticised though that would certainly improve under the demanding Antonio Conte and in a team where he is far from being the only big name.

Having spent his teenage years dreaming of emulating his idol Didier Drogba by scoring goals for Chelsea, the motivation for him to succeed would be huge. He would also need little time to acclimatise to his new environment having already spent three years on Chelsea's books, something that would not be the case at Old Trafford.

His previous spell might not have worked out too well for either party but as a more mature individual and with his game having vastly developed in the interim, he is guaranteed to have a far greater impact second time round. The presence of his Belgian compatriots Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois will make him feel even more at home and could help him hit the ground running if he was to return to Stamford Bridge. -- Phil Lythell

MAN UNITED
Lukaku is one of several signings Manchester United should be looking to make, and what's not to like about him? He has youth, speed, technique, and a high footballing IQ; he has strength in the air, strength in possession and the ability to play in those around him.

He would be the ideal foil for Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Paul Pogba, and would be an outstanding fit alongside Antoine Griezmann should the Frenchman eventually make the move from Atletico Madrid. He scored 25 goals for Everton last season, with six assists, highlighting what a well-rounded player he is and how well-suited he is to English football.

Indeed, he has 87 goals in 166 matches for Everton, which is a very fine strike rate. He has all the ability to be a genuine goal threat in the Champions League, and should be aggressively courted by United, even though there will doubtless be strong interest from rivals both home and abroad.

His age and his talent would make him an excellent acquisition for Jose Mourinho, and the rapid development of his game in recent seasons suggests that he is only set to improve. -- Musa Okwonga

Tech: Airtel Roll Out a Dedicated Digital Platform For Emerging Businesses

Airtel Business, the business-to-business arm of Bharti Airtel, has rolled out a dedicated digital platform to serve the growing connectivity, communication and collaboration requirements of emerging businesses, including small and medium enterprises (SME) and start-ups, a company statement said here on Monday.

“Emerging enterprises are a key growth driver for the economy. Airtel, with its nationwide reach and enterprise solutions, is uniquely positioned to address the needs of the segment. Our new digital platform will help the enterprises get quick and easy access to our connectivity solutions, resulting in a speedier deployment and business scale up for them,” said Ashok Ganapathy, Director & CEO, Airtel Business.

With growing digitisation, emerging businesses are looking at connectivity solutions that are available/activated in quick time and are highly reliable and scalable as per their requirements. Airtel Business aims to address the needs of this segment with its wide product portfolio that is already serving some of the largest businesses in the country, the statement said.

Agent to Arda Turan Says He Is Not Leaving Barcelona Despite Report Move to Arsenal or China

Arda Turan will not leave Barcelona this summer despite reports that a move to Arsenal is at an advanced stage, his agent has said.

Turan, 30, has struggled to break into the side on a regular basis since joining from Atletico Madrid in 2015, and his subdued celebration after last month's Copa del Rey triumph was interpreted by some reports as a sign of his impending departure.

The Chinese Super League has been mentioned as a possible destination, but recent reports suggest Arsenal are now best placed to land Turan if he leaves in the summer.

But the Turkey international's agent Ahmet Bulut told reporters: "Arda's not going anywhere. Barcelona are happy with him and we've not spoken with any club about a transfer.

"The news being reported about him leaving the club annoys Arda. The board don't like the rumours either. Arda Turan will finish his contract -- he will stay until 2020."

However, reports in Spain have said Turan, along with defender Jeremy Mathieu, would be allowed to leave for the right fee as new coach Ernesto Valverde looks to reshape the squad.

Injuries and the fierce competition for places saw him end last season on the periphery of the first team.

Tech: ISRO Finally Launches GSLV-Mk III Rocket and Injects The GSAT-19 Into It's Intended Orbit (Photo)

India on Monday scored a double success, launching its latest – and heaviest so far – communication satellite GSAT-19 with its brand new and heaviest rocket – the Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle-Mark III (GSLV-Mk III) with a cryogenic engine, which performed ably on its maiden flight. The GSLV-Mk III rocket, on its first developmental flight, slung the 3,136 kg communication satellite in a geosynchronous transfer orbit from where it would be taken up to its final geostationary orbit.

While Indian space scientists named the 640 tonne rocket “fat boy”, the Telugu media nicknamed it “Baahubali”, as like the hero in the massively successful film lifts a heavy Lingam, it carried the heaviest satellite by an Indian rocket. Precisely at 5.28 p.m., the rocket began its ascent towards space from the second launch pad at the Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC) at the Sriharikota spaceport here and just over 16 minutes into its flight, slung the GSAT-19 at its intended orbit at an altitude of 179 km.

“It is a historic day.. both the GSLV Mk-III and the GSAT-19 launch have been successful.. we are looking forward to its (GSAT-19) operations,” Indian Space Research Organisation Chairman A.S. Kiran Kumar said. “This month there are lot of activities. On June 23, there will be a PSLV (Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle) and on June 28, a GSAT-17 satellite launch,” he added. He said Prime Minister Narendra Modi had congratulated the ISRO team.

“The cryogenic engine performed flawlessly. We have mastered the cryogenic technology,” Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre Director S. Somanath said. The GSAT-19, as per the ISRO, is a multi-beam satellite that carries Ka and Ku band forward and return link transponders and geostationary radiation spectrometer (GRASP) to monitor and study the nature of charged particles and the influence of space radiation on satellites and their electronic components.

The satellite, which has a life span of 10 years, also features certain advanced spacecraft technologies including miniaturised heat pipe, a fibre optic gyro, micro electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) accelerometer, Ku-band TTC transponder, as well an indigenous lithium-ion battery. The GSLV-Mk III is a three stage/engine rocket. The core of first stage is fired with solid fuel and its two motors by liquid fuel. The second is liquid fuel and the third is the cryogenic engine.

“The rocket’s design carrying capacity is four tonnes. The payload will be gradually increased in future flights,” Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre Director K. Sivan had told IANS. The Indian space agency had flown a similar rocket without the cryogenic engine but with 3.7-tonne payload in 2014 mainly to test its structural stability and aerodynamics. Earlier Somanath told IANS that the inputs of the 2014 mission enabled the ISRO to reduce the rocket load by around 20 per cent.

Interestingly, GSLV-Mk III at around 43 metres is slightly shorter than Mk-II version that is around 49 metres tall. ISRO officials told IANS that due to the increase in the diameters of various stages, the height got reduced despite a drastic increase in the weight – from around 415 ton of GSLV-Mk II to 640 ton in GSLV-Mk III. “The new rocket may be slightly short but has more punch power,” said an ISRO official.

India presently has two rockets — the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle and GSLV-Mk II — with a lift-off mass of 415 tonnes and a carrying capacity of 2.5 tonnes. India puts foreign satellites into orbit for a fee using its lighter PSLV. However the weight of third party satellites is not much. Revenue for launching satellites depends on the satellite’s weight – higher the weight, higher the revenue.

The GSLV-Mk III, when its graduates from its development flight status to operational status, may look at flying heavier foreign satellites. Indian space agency officials said the new rocket would save the country foreign exchange as it can launch the country’s communication satellites instead of going to a foreign space agency for launch services. The GSAT-18 satellite launched in 2016 using Arianespace’s rocket weighed 3,404 kg which is well within the GSLV-Mk III’s capacity.

However, India may not become a serious player in the global communication satellite launch market. Industry sources said globally the trend is the weight of communication satellites is going up while the weight of earth observation satellites has come down. A major portion of communication satellites that are sent up now weigh around six tons and above.

Anthony Martial Agent Says The Player Has No Reason To Leave Manchester United

Anthony Martial's agent has said the forward has "no reason" to leave Manchester United despite finding himself on the fringes of the first team last season.

Following his 2015 arrival from Monaco, Martial, 21, made 32 Premier League appearances in his maiden season in England -- all but two of which were starts -- while netting 11 times under Louis van Gaal to finish as United's leading scorer.

However, his progress was stunted following the arrival of Jose Mourinho last summer, the success of new signing Zlatan Ibrahimovic and the flourishing of Marcus Rashford and Jesse Lingard, all of which contributed to limiting the France international's opportunities last term.

Though he played in 25 Premier League matches, he made just 18 starts and found the net only four times, while his reduced playing time led to France coach Didier Deschamps opting to leave him out of his squad for this month's internationals.

West Ham have been touted as potential suitors for Martial -- who signed a four-year contract upon his arrival at Old Trafford -- should he decide to seek a fresh opportunity.

However, Martial's agent, Philippe Lamboley, insisted Martial's future is bright and he wants to remain at United unless the club decide otherwise.

"I would like every 21-year-old player to have already played 180 games with the pros," Lamboley told Journal du Dimanche.

"Anthony's career is quite simply exceptional. He has two years left on his contract, and there is no reason today for him to leave Manchester.

"If Ed Woodward [United vice-president] calls me to tell me he wishes to see him leave, things will be different. But that's not what he said to me during our last meeting."

38 Years Old Lady Got Delivered From Bedwetting and Drunkenness By Pastor TB Joshua (Photos)

For Miss Auguste Da Costa, a senior interpreter in the Namibia Court, life was a terrible contradiction. On the one hand, a committed professional while on the other hand suffering from bedwetting and a consuming addiction to alcohol.

The curse of bedwetting which started from birth robbed her of marriage and a social life and disgraced her right through her life from when she was a student. Her classmates that witnessed her bedwet in the school hostel would spread the rumour that she was a bedwetter and before long, everyone around her knew. It was a stigma that followed her everywhere she went.

To drown her embarrassment and pain, she started drinking alcohol at the age of 15.

She soon became addicted to this vice and spent all her money on feeding her addiction. She would go to the bar to drink alcohol even while food was still cooking on the stove.

When she was about to lose hope of ever overcoming these afflictions, she stumbled upon Emmanuel TV and decided that The SCOAN would be her final bus-stop. The words of T.B. Joshua rang in her heart when he said, “God can turn a drunkard into a sober person. When you make a mistake, don’t run from God – run to Him.”

Desperate to receive her freedom, she received the Morning Water and ministered it in Jesus’ name. The curse of bedwetting that had plagued her for 38 years disappeared as she discovered that from that very night onwards, something will wake her up each time she needs to go to the toilet in the night. Overjoyed at this deliverance, she testified that four years has passed and she has not wet the bed ever since.

The alcohol addiction was equally banished from her life through the Morning Water as the desire to drink the alcohol completely disappeared. Her double deliverance was followed by a double breakthrough as she was sponsored her government to study a course in Germany and she passed with flying colours.

Forever grateful to God, she advised the viewers to always put God first in their lives.
