Check Out How A Father Saves Baby's Life By Taking Her To Hospital Only Because The Baby Was ‘Crying’

A  lovely father, Stu Bonsall who rushed his little baby girl to hospital just because she was “crying in a different way” ended up saving his daughter's life.

He is now urging parents to trust their gut and risk “looking like an idiot” after 4-week-old Megan was diagnosed with life-threatening sepsis and put in a three-day coma.

The 45-year-old said trusting his gut, even when others might have laughed at him for being a nervous new dad, saved his baby girl’s life. Stu, a service engineer from Burnley, Lancashire, said: “I know all babies cry, I’m not stupid.

“But I sensed something was different. I wanted a doctor to check her over. I would rather look an idiot and know my daughter is okay.

“It's a good job I trusted my gut, because in a matter of minutes, she was rushed from casualty to Manchester Children's Hospital with sepsis.

“It was touch and go, but our daughter is well and healthy, after the fantastic staff and our quick thinking to have her checked out.

“Don’t be scared of visiting your doctors or local hospital, because you never know.”

The father-of-three added that he was immediately concerned when he got in from work on June 11, 2016, because Megan was sobbing in a way he hadn’t heard before.

When she was born at Burnley General, less than a month earlier, weighing a healthy 8lb 6oz, she’d been the picture of health – but hearing her wailing he was uneasy.

When his wife Tracy Bonsall, 44, a dog groomer, told him she had been like that for a few hours, his fears increased.

The couple drove four miles to Burnley General Hospital – despite knowing that taking a newborn baby to casualty because they were crying sounded a little overcautious.

But when they arrived at the hospital, Megan was swiftly taken to a private room.

“We were told she was seriously ill and she was being put in an induced coma,” said Stu. “It was terrifying.

“Then, doctors said she was being taken to the bigger Manchester Children’s Hospital.

“We were to travel behind her ambulance by car. We were told, even if the ambulance pulled over on the way, not to stop.

“It made me think she was going to die before she got there.”

At MCH, she was taken to neonatal intensive care, where a series of tests were carried out.

Soon after, she was diagnosed with sepsis, a life-threatening condition where the body’s response to infection causes injury to its own tissues and organs.

To this day the Bonsalls don’t know how their girl developed sepsis, although it is most commonly caused by an infection.

Put on intravenous drips, the nervous couple were told to wait and see what happened.

But the results were alarming.

Stu recalled: “Suddenly, because of all the drugs they were feeding her, she was double her size.

“It was awful to see, but we just hoped she would get better.”

After three days, Megan was brought out of the coma and was allowed home a week later.

Luckily, she suffered no long-lasting effects and is now a happy, healthy 12-month-old baby.

Meanwhile, Stu will be forever grateful that he acted when he did.

“I’d tell all parents to go to the doctor if they are worried,” he said. “I could so easily have done nothing – fearing I’d be told I was over-reacting.

"But my actions saved Megan’s life. I will never regret that, I would advise all worried parents to visit their hospital. It could save your baby’s life.”

Some Things That Warn Not To Eat At A Restaurant

It is well known now that eating out is now a common practice for most people. And it is good to know how to select the right and preferable place to eat. These tips listed below will seriously help in deciding if to eat at a restaurant or not.

Below are the 6 listed tips..

(1). The kitchen is about to close
Buying food at a restaurant could be a terrible idea because you may be buying stale food. This is because they would have packed up and it is the leftovers that would be sold to you if you decide to eat there.

(2). The toilets are dirty
This is very straightforward. If the restaurants have a toilet and it is very dirty, there is every possibility that the eatery does not take hygiene serious.

(3). The service is bad The customer is king. Every service provider including restaurants should know this. Therefore, they must do their utmost best to make them happy by providing quality services. If this is not the case, there is no need to go there.

(4). Dirty glasses all over
After eating, the table should be cleared immediately. If not, it should be done minutes later. But if it takes hours to remove these plates to the extent that you have to inform them, look for another place to eat.

(5). It has terrible reviews
Reviews can make or mar any business. So, before you choose a restaurant, check out the reviews they have garnered over time and this will help you decide if you should eat there or not.

(6). Hairs not covered, gloves not worn
A rule that a hygienic restaurant must not joke with is covering hair and using gloves. If they do not use any of these, there is every likelihood you will find strands of hair in the food. This can be very annoying.

5 Things To Do When You Find It Difficult To Secure A Job

It's not easy to get a job but trust me, it's not the end of the world. It’s important to keep pushing and not let frustration consume you. There are some things you can do to survive and eventually overcome an unemployment period.

Here are 5 posible things you can do when you find it difficult to get a job.

(1). Consider Selling Crafts or Offering Your Services
If you’re a crafty person (you like to make and invent things), you can try to sell some of your crafts. There are many online platforms, as well local craft fairs, that support this and if the patronage is good, you can actually turn it into a business. The same thing also applies to services. You can try to find work doing various tasks that you are either skilled at or passionate about. If the reception is also good and patronage is reasonably high, you can begin to advertise your services and make it a business. If the business continues to do well, you can also consider searching for entrepreneurial development initiatives and apply to them to help fund and grow your business in the long run. Bank loans are also another alternative, if you prefer.

(2). Network
Networking can be a bit difficult, but thankfully it can be learned and can be very useful in helping secure a job. So, do the best you can to attend events that offer networking opportunities. Work on selling yourself appropriately at these events because networking remains one of the best ways to meet new people and get new leads. Also, be sure to ‘spruce’ your online presence and ensure it is up-to-date, professional and easily accessible to recruiters and other individuals that are or could be vital to your job search.

(3). Consider Other Industries
If you’ve tried and failed to find a job in the industry that you’re interested in, consider looking for jobs in other industries. It might not be exactly what you want, but it’s better than wallowing in frustration. Besides, you just might realize you actually enjoy this new career field and grow exponentially in it. You’ll never know until you give it a shot.

(4). Review Your Resume
You might have made a mistake on your resume that turns recruiters off when they go through it. So, if you’re finding it hard to get a job, try reviewing your resume again. Check your resume for correct grammar and spelling, emphasize the results you achieved in your previous jobs, not just the activities you carried out, and write better cover letters. In addition, when you are eventually called in for an interview, learn to practice interviewing, research well about the company and be prepared to answer any question. Find ways to project confidence during interviews and to properly deal with instances where you might not know the answer to a question asked. Finally, just be positive, don’t let your frustrations come through and don’t undersell yourself – boldly state your accomplishment regardless of how small you think they are and give them good reasons why you’re the best fit for the job.

(5). Don’t Stop Applying For Jobs
It might be frustrating but once you have reviewed your resume and you’re good to go, you should continue with your job applications. The best thing you can do to survive a period of unemployment is to apply for as many jobs as you can, and apply for them as well as you can. You can also consider applying for lower paying jobs in the meantime, just to get some money to help put food on your table until you have a breakthrough with the caliber of jobs you desire.

Hope this will help you. I pray it does.

How To Keep Your Body Fit

some of these methods listed below is to obtain a healthy body, Scripture calls us to another method of healthy living.

Plan to be fit.
Let start by talking about physical fitness. Eating right and exercising is at the heart of being a good steward of your body.

Paul writes that “... bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come” (1 Timothy 4:8).

Challies explains, “This is a warning about neglecting spiritual fitness in favor of physical fitness. But it does not diminish the importance of being fit, for Paul still acknowledges it ‘is of some value.’ While we know that physical strength is fleeting, that it peaks early and goes into long decline, we also know that our bodies, minds, and spirits operate better in a fit body than an unfit one.”

Guard against idleness.
“Laziness leads to a sagging roof; idleness leads to a leaky house.” (Ecclesiastes 10:18)

This, and many other verses in Scripture point to the value of good work, as opposed to laziness. There is value to true rest, but sitting on the couch binge-watching Netflix is not the kind of rest we need in order to refresh ourselves to continue the work of the Lord. That is plain idleness.

“Even a quick study of the biblical teaching of the subject will show that much of our unhealthy living is a result of idleness, of the refusal to prioritize our bodies. Guard against the idleness that keeps you on the couch when you should be active,” Challies writes.

Guard against gluttony.
“Put a knife to your throat if you are given to gluttony.” (Proverbs 23:2)

This verse seems incredibly harsh, and yet, gluttony mostly overlooked in the church today. But it’s time we paid attention to this silent sin. When we overindulge, we are more likely to become overweight; we may even be on the path to heart disease or diabetes, which has the potential to inhibit our lives and our ability to work for the kingdom.

Writes Challies, “Food is a great gift, but it makes a terrible god. Learn to practice self-control toward food and renounce any sign of gluttony.”

Prepare for the decline.
We know that our final years will come one day. We may be in our final years right now. And when the day comes when we find that we simply no longer have our physical health, make sure you still have your spiritual health.

“Read Ecclesiastes 12:1-8 as a glimpse of your own biography and ask, “What will sustain me in that day?” The answer is simple: godly character. Nothing but godly character will sustain you as your body decays and your mind weakens. Even while you give attention to your physical health, do not neglect your spiritual wellbeing,” Challies says.

We are all beautiful creations of God. Let us treat ourselves as such, by being good stewards of His marvelous creation.

Hope this will make a good changes in our life.

For You to Buy Neymar, Be Ready to Break FFP Rules - Barcelona

Barcelona president, Josep Maria Bartomeu has said that any club that wants to buy Neymar must break Financial Fair Play (FFP) regulations.

The Brazilian forward has been linked with a world-record move to Paris Saint-Germain, with the Ligue 1 side ready to match the €222million release clause in Neymar’s contract.

In an interview with the Associated Press, Bartomeu sought to draw a line under the developing saga and warned PSG that they would be in breach of UEFA’s FFP rules, if they forced through a move for Neymar.

“He has a contract for the coming four years and, of course, we count on him,” Bartomeu said.

“He’s part of our team. He’s part of this [attacking] trident [with Messi and Luis Suarez].

“These clauses are impossible to activate if you want to comply with Financial Fair Play. If someone doesn’t want to comply, then of course it can be activated.”

Neymar has scored 105 goals in 186 games for Barcelona since joining from Santos in 2013. He only signed a new five-year contract running until 2021 last October.

Liverpool Rejects Barcelona Bid For Coutinho

The Premier League side has also told the Spanish giants not to waste their time with another bid, as the Reds have no interest in negotiating the potential sale of their star man.

Coutinho is wanted by Barca, as the long-term replacement for Andres Iniesta.

But Liverpool, who are back in the Champions League and will be hoping to fight for the Premier League title in 2017/2018, are not interested in any deal.
Coutinho signed a five-year deal at Anfield earlier this year, making him the club’s top earner on £150,000-a-week.

Famous Singer, Justin Bieber Banned From China Over Behavior

Justin Bieber is not welcome to perform in China because of his "bad behaviour", Beijing authorities have said, after the pop idol angered many Chinese in 2014 by going to a controversial Japanese war shrine.

The Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture revealed it is not a "Belieber" when it said the 23-year-old Canadian, who last played in the country in 2013, had a lot of growing up to do if he wanted to return.

The statement came after Chinese fans posted comments on the agency's website demanding to know when the artist would be allowed to perform in China again.

It is "inappropriate to introduce bad doings into the performing arts" it said, calling the performer out for his antics and urging him to change.

"We hope Justin Bieber can improve his words and deeds in the process of growing up and become a singer people really like."

Bieber's latest song "Despacito" has been streamed over 4.6 billion times since its March release, according to the Universal Music Group.

The Beijing cultural bureau did not specifically mention Bieber's 2014 visit to Tokyo's Yasukuni Shrine, which honours millions of mostly Japanese war dead, including convicted World War II war criminals.

The shrine which was located across Asia as a symbol of Japan's perceived lack of penitence for its past imperialist aggression, under which China in particular suffered heavily.

Shortly after his trip, the singer behind the hit song "Sorry" issued an apology to scandalised Chinese fans, saying he was "mislead to think the shrines were only a place of prayer".

But still, some didn't forgiven him.
