[MUSIC] Destiny Boy - Omo Better

The long anticipated is fully here.
Unlike pop music where everything appears glamorous and ‘tush’,

Fuji music is seen as ‘razz’ and sung by ‘area boys’. As a result, discovering new talent is a rarity in the genre.

Young talented singer, Destiny Boy, who at 13 years of age is clearing a path for himself through Fuji music.

Born Afeez Adesina in Agege, Destiny Boy’s association with Fuji music began from childhood, having been influenced by his immediate environment where Fuji was the music of choice. But then he was born in an era when Nigerian pop music was becoming quite the rage.

Before long he started miming popular songs from the likes of 2face, Dbanj, Wande Coal and creatively infusing it with a Fuji tone. Soon enough friends and family noticed the talent he had and started pushing him to do it more actively.

Destiny Boy drops his first official single titled “Omo Better” after releasing covers to Davido’s IF , Ycee’s Juice & Humblesmith’s Focus.

Omo better was proudly produced by 2tboiz

"Sometimes, I Do Cry Due To Wicked Roles I Play In Movies" - Patience Ozokwor Says

Patience Ozokwor has revealed the roles she plays in movies aren't that satisfactory to her, but she just has to carry on to be professional. According to her, she cries over her movies when she sits down to watch them at home. Ozokwor revealed this to Saturday Tribune.
She said in her words;

  • “Sometimes, I cry when I watch some of the characters I had played in movies at home. I just thanked God it wasn’t the real me that was involved, but a character.
“Nearly all the movies where I played wicked roles made me cry because I remember what that character had done to somebody. do these jobs to the best of ability because I want to sit down at home, watch and cry over what I’m doing to people.
“Two of the roles that caused me the most tears were: one role where I seized the feeding bottle of a month-old-baby and threw it away.
“I wept profusely after that scene that the director had to stop shooting until I was able to control myself. If someone had done it in real life, I would have exposed the fellow to the world to see.
“There was another one where I went to take my sister’s daughter from the village, what I did to the girl, if any human being can do it to a fellow human being, I don’t know what God would do to that person in turn. I met her in the kitchen, beat her so much that she fell down the stairs, rolled down and died from broken head and pains all over.
“I’d been playing wicked roles but those two movies are exceptionally horrible. I doubt that any human being would do that to anyone.”

About the morality of her roles:

  • “When I play the role of a bad woman, I see myself at that instance as a mirror through which I want society to see and appreciate the fact that it is not good to be bad. This is the reason I do it with so much passion that it becomes almost believable. I also see such roles as an opportunity to minister to lost and wicked souls that jealousy, hatred, envy and all the likes can only bring one to ruins.”

Checkout How To Make a Safe and Successful Mobile Transactions

Many people now perform transactions with their mobile phones because it is convenient. But it does come with certain risks. Hence, you have to know that you will be vulnerable at some point if you are careless when doing the mobile transactions.

Below are some tips on how to make mobile transactions safer to prevent you from losing your money.

1). Monitor your accounts regularly
It is now very easy to monitor your account. Except in some certain situations, you do not physically need to go to the bank. With online banking, you have 24 hours access to your account so take advantage of this and check your account on a regular basis. This is good for those who frequently use mobile banking.

2). Read app reviews before download
While inside the app store you shouldn’t just download the first option you see. There can sometimes be other third-party developers who will create apps linked to online stores. To determine the authenticity of the app, just read the review.

3). Protect your Mobile devices with passwords.
To prevent unauthorised access to your phone, you should use passwords especially if you settle bills and transfer money with your phone.

4). Always log out when you are done
Imbibe the habit of logging out of your online banking session when you have finished your business. This will reduce the chances of someone else accessing your account.

5). Avoid clicking through emails
Very few financial institutions will send you an email asking you to provide any of your login details. If you receive an email that appears to be from your bank that asks for such details then treat it with suspicion and delete it immediately. Do not even open it.

6). Set up account notifications
Some people do not activate alert because they do not want their money deducted. But they will be the first to shout blue murder if their monies disappear from their account. Hence, it is safer and advisable to set up notification so that you will be aware of your account activities.

"Most Nollywood Actors Are Gay, Females Are Prostitute" - Jude Orhorha Says

Nollywood Actor, Jude Orhorha which little or nothing has been heard from in a while has granted Saturday Beats a short interview and he allegedly exposed his people- colleagues. Jude went in on them, saying their wealth was gotten from the backyard and not Nollywood. He said alot. From Gays, to gigolos, to sugar mummies and actresses marrying for money.
See what he wrote below..

  • “I know what some actors and actresses did to gain the fame that they are enjoying now. Some of the men in the industry are gay while the women sleep around and that is why I am not bothered about where I am today. When it is your time, it is your time. Some entertainers are opportunist while others are born lucky. Omotola was born lucky from day one; her first character was a lead role. Some people marry for money and not love. That is why I am not really bothered because some of the guys are gigolos. They do not make their money from the movie industry but from the gigolo business. I cannot do such because I have a name to protect. In the 80s when I started this business, none of them was anywhere to be found. I have seen it all and I refuse to join them. Gays have approached me but I declined their offers because my anus is an exit point and not an entrance. The same thing with sugar mummies but I refused to accept their proposal because I cannot sleep with married women. I believe in karma. If it does not happen to you, it would happen to your generation.”

He also said that when he started out as an actor, the profession was not fetching as much money as it does now till the media began to hype the profession. He further stated what irks him about being in the limelight.

  • “How much were we being paid in the past compared to what we are earning now? When we started, the money was not really there and that is why we were more interested in the show and not the business because there was no money.

There is another thing called ‘packaging’ and that is what I am against. I am not saying that entertainers should not package but they should do so according to their means. Some ‘package’ to the extent that they borrow people’s cars and clothes. It just doesn’t make sense. Some people ‘package’ till they run into debts and then when the money comes, they clear the debts.”
