Calm Down Nigerians, 1 Dollar Is Not ₦184 As Google Indicates. Although popular search engine, Google recently was displaying 1 Dollar is equivalent to ₦184 but it’s just a temporary malfunction.

Is at yesterday Friday 22nd February 2019, The Central Bank of Nigeria sold the greenback to bureau de change (BDC) operators at ₦357 per dollar.

“We collected from CBN today at the rate of N357, and each BDC operator is entitled to $20,000.”

That was the words of Musa Ibrahim, a BDC operator, who spoke to TheCable from Lagos Island.

Two members of staff at Google, who spoke off the record, confirmed to TheCable that this was just a bug, that is currently being fixed by the search giant.

According to Bloomberg currency rate, the dollar is currently trading at N361.8, with the local currency gaining N1.75 against the greenback.

A mail from TheCable to Google Press office is yet to be replied — but an automatic response was received, stating that all queries will be addressed shortly.

Nigeria goes to the poll in less than 12 hours after this glitch, driving speculations and jokes on social media on how the incumbent may want to turn the economy around overnight.

While some fear that their stacked dollars may have lost tremendous value, others are celebrating a rise in the value of the naira, but many are aware this is just a temporary glitch.

Whatever the case is, it is understood that the dollar is still trading at 358 to 360 at the foreign exchange market.

Nollywood Actor, Baba Suwe Now Getting Treatment at LUTH (Photo)

Nigerian 60-year-old Actor, Babatunde Omidina popularly known as  Baba Suwe, has now been admitted at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) after being diagnosed of chronic diabetes.

The veteran Yoruba comedy actor Baba Suwe, real names Babatunde Omidina was on Friday taken to LUTH in Idi-Araba, Lagos State.

Report say the actor’s admission was engineered by the Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN) and also assisted by the Federal Ministry of Health.

The news of his illness broke out few days ago leading the actor to getting tremendous support form his colleagues in the movie industry and also well meaning Nigerians.

"Almost 70% Of African Players Believe In Juju" - Odemwingie Says

37 year-old Russian-born and Former Super Eagles’ striker, Osaze Odemwingie, has explained how he received treatment from a herbalist, many years ago, when he was injured.

Osaze Odemwingie revealed this In the interview with championat.com, where he also said that most African players believe in juju treatment than going to see doctors, when injured.

According to Osaze Odemwingie he said;

”I had a fall in training, I also hurt my shoulder and broke my arm. I was afraid to tell my mom so they took me to the local juju man.

A Nigerian young politician, Ashiwaju Adebowale Boboye has voice out to reveal some hidden facts about Nigeria and her nearest future.

Ashiwaju Adebowale Boboye said "Atiku is a Corruption master and been backed by Saraki".

The young politician said this today 20th February 2019, in an interview with Teelamford while he was asked "Either Buhari nor Atiku?". And he responded, there is no presidential in any of them. Though Buhari is better than Atiku but bad people spoiled his rulings.

In his words he said;

"Brother, am not partisan, I only support credible candidates.I have no presidential among the two.Buhari  is far better than Atiku But he's surrounded by corrupt people.Atiku is a Corruption master and been backed by Saraki.Brother if you check my Facebook timeline you will never see anything related to Buhari or Atiku".

Then Teelamford said "Sir, Upon being a DPD member.. You still speaks Neutrally this way?"

And Ashiwaju Adebowale Boboye responded again saying;

"That is me.Am not a die hard fan of any party.... If their structure won't suit my generation and my unborn generation I will move to another to achieve my goals.... Hope'27".

After revealing all this, Ashiwaju Adebowale Boboye was asked if he is a Politician or Not?.. Because many Nigerian politicians this days denies being a Politician using some reasons as excuse.

And he boldly responded;
